The data has to be there to ensure that progress is being made, if not, then other alternatives need to be explored. We can discuss these options at an initial consultation.

It is up to the school to assist you in identifying how your child learns and to craft an Individualized Education Plan to lay out goals and objectives in order for your child to make progress. We can assist in this process either by advising you, or directly representing you. It is your choice. Every case is unique just as every child is unique. Each and every decision is to be made based upon the child's individual educational requirements, not on the label given to the student's disability.
